Swedish massage

A Swedish massage is a popular massage which focuses on the concepts of anatomy and physiology to stimulate circulation, release tight muscles and relieve aches and pains. This deeply relaxing massage also stimulates the lymphatic system, leaving your body rejuvenated and revitalised.

Aromatherapy massage

An aromatherapy massage is a Swedish massage with the use of aromatic essential oils. These highly concentrated oils have different properties - some promote deeper relaxation while others help to energise the body and mind.

Deep tissue massage
